1.1 Due to most of our products being custom orders, we will not offer any type of refunds, returns or exchanges while we have already shipped and delivered your orders.
Please measure your nail bed sizes correctly for all the H series nails, and double check all measurements and purchases before checking out. We will not be held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
1.2 Refunds will only be permitted if the mistake from our side and we would take responsibility and make the necessary arrangements to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
- Colour Disclaimer
2.1 Please note that the actual colours of our products may vary. This is due to computer monitors/screen displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently.
2.2 Due to all products being handmade, there will be slight variations on embellishment, such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc.
- How to cancel an order?
3.1 We can only cancel your order(s) within 12 hours after your order has been placed. There will be a 5% handling fee charged afterwards. Therefore, contact ASAP while you change your mind! We are extremely sorry for any inconveniences occurred.
